Access the details on the “Reports” page on the website. The deadline for submitting county reports is August 15, 2021.
Updated KEHA Manual – The KEHA Manual Handbook and Appendix have been updated and the revised editions are now online. Please visit www.keha.org and select KEHA Manual in the Quick Links or select the Member Resources tab in the menu along the top of the page. The website includes complete files for each section, the table of contents for each section, and a separate PDF file with only the pages that were changed this year. As you review each table of contents, please note that the pages with updates are in bold.
2021-2022 KEHA Theme Based Officer Training Materials – The annual theme-based materials for officer trainings and kickoff meetings were posted to the KEHA website in June. Please review and use these Adventure Awaits themed materials as best fits with your county and/or area officer training sessions.
KEHA Recreation, Inspiration, Book List – The 2021-2022 KEHA Recreation, Inspiration, and Book List are available on the KEHA website. Printed copies will be distributed to county Extension offices later this month. Each county will receive one copy of each booklet per club plus a county copy of each booklet.
KEHA Board Directory – With increasing use of the KEHA Board Directory contact information for email phishing scams, the KEHA leadership made the decision to switch to a listing of officers only on the website. The board directory with contact information will be emailed to board members quarterly and will be available to Extension personnel through the password protected FCS internal website.
2022 State Meeting – Please mark May 3-5, 2022 in your calendar and plan to attend the next KEHA State Meeting to be held at the Owensboro Convention Center. The theme is “KEHA: We Have You Covered.” Licking River Area will serve as the host area. The lodging room blocks will open for reservations later this summer and details will be added to the KEHA website.
Membership Tenure Certificates/Pins – In March 2020, the KEHA Board discussed membership pins. Out of 120 counties, less than 20 expressed definite interest in continued purchases of membership pins. It was decided to have a fillable PDF membership milestone certificate added to the KEHA website to use for recognition. Counties and areas may elect to work independently with vendors of their choice if they wish to have pins. The certificate template will be added to the website by the end of the July.
Dates to Remember:
